In the early spring, when days warm enough to do external masonry were few and far between, I had an emergency external repair that needed to be done - a concrete window sill had fallen and left a gaping space beneath an upstairs window. I called Rudy and he was at my home within a few hours to evaluated the work needed. This was a Thursday evening and he even did the evaluation in the dark. Saturday promised to be warm enough to do the work. Early Saturday morning, Rudy and his crew appeared at the house with the replacement sill in hand and had the work done before noon.
