Shortly after I moved into my house I did a load of laundry and my washer flooded over. I called a few appliance repair companies and explained the urgency for a repair and was told I would get a tech out in a few days. Then I called Rick and explained the problem over the phone and the urgency to have it repaired. Rick assured me he will fix my washer and within one hour he came to my home and diagnosed the problem and fixed my washer!!! I was so impressed with Rick's expertise and professionalism and his fast response!! Mark Nazar and his team are complete professsionals!! Mark provided a fair and reasonable quote for our complete bathroom gut and renovation. Mark and his team are dedicated and went beyond the agreement to ensure the job was done right. He also did extras to ensure that the bathroom was perfect. He was always available by phone or email when he was not at the job site. He would keep in regular contact anwering any questions or coming up with ideas to design the bathroom. The Bathroom is amazing and is truly a "spa".
