We hired Francois to re-tile our kitchen and two bathrooms when renovating our home. Francois gave us a great estimate and promised to have the work done on schedule. Unfortunately Francois came in grossly over budget, did subpar work and didn't even finish the project. We had to hire another tiling company to clean up his mess. None of the tiles were even. Many cracked within the first week and some of the backsplash tiles even fell off the wall on their own. Francois proceeded to vanish without a word. Would love to try and get our money back! Avoid at all costs!
