In early November 2018 we had some water coming up from the drain pipe in the basement. We had one firm recommended to us and we had them come by and run a camera into the drain pipe to take a look and see what was going on. It was deduced that the drain pipe had collapsed (original clay plumbing with roots taking over) and that the real only solution would be to replace the plumbing out to the city line. This recommended company gave us a quote without taking a single measurement. The quote seemed on the high side so out of due diligence we got the number for Tornado Plumbing. Our friends had used Tornado Plumbing a few weeks prior to do some interior plumbing work. Sergey (Owner of Tornado Plumbing) came by and provided a diagnosis which was the same as the first firm that came by. Sergey took measurements, asked questions, took notes, probed further here and there and then provided some options along with quotes. The quote was substantially lower than the original quote. I mean, shockingly lower. Add on the fact the Sergey actually spent some time diagnosing as well as conversing with us about the costs, the rebates available from the city of Toronto along with what the work will entail. I was and am blown away at the care and attention to detail that Sergey and team showed. They performed the work as promised. Cleaned up the area as promised. Provided the paper work and advice as promised. You would barely know that they had a dug a trench outside of the house and dug a hole inside of the house. I will wholeheartedly recommend using Tornado Plumbing for any future work. I will go so far as to say that they will be the only plumbing company that we will use in the future. They care about the work and the satisfying the client AND they are more than reasonably priced. Great job guys thanks for your hard work!!

New look and his crew installed three sets of Doors in my house . I can not tell you how pleased I am with the quality and workmanship, and reasonably priced too. These doors have made a huge improvement to the overall look of my property, as well as adding so much additional sunlight inside the house. Friends and family have all commented on how well the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend New Look to anyone. Well done ! The only reason i've put the 'satisfcation' level at 4/5 is becuase the doors have only been in the house for a couple of weeks - a more fair assessment can be provided down the road.

had a new ac installed in one house, a furnace in the other, had a furnace inspection as well as all gas lines hooked up. efficient and timely service, great price and great customer care. Manan really cares about his customers. he goes out of his way to make sure that you're happy. would definitely use Oxford again!

Found Amped Electrical on Kijiji and had them come in and install stainless steel back splash as well as the range hood. great price, efficient service and beautiful final product. would definitely have these guys come back for more work.

We are in the midst of a major renovation (gutting the entire home, replacing everything save the exterior brick) and recently had Gem Windows - Armour Series Triple Pane windows installed throughout the home (all casement windows except for one slider). the process with Spiro and his team was seamless. the information and guidance we received in terms of that makes sense value wise for our windows was fantastic. we have dealt with Gem Windows in the past but only for a couple of windows at a time. for this project we replaced 15 windows - ranging in size from 2 ft wide to almost 9 ft wide windows. Spiros 'held our hands' all the way through the process and made sure we were comfortable with every decision at every step. the value and quality are on par with other quotes we received and may have even been marginally better - to be honest, i forgot all the quotes we received because there's be so many quotes for other things. the windows were delivered on time, in perfect shape and installed, from what i can see, flawlessly. Joe and his crew did a great job and the windows looks fantastic from outside. i will update this review in the winter and provide some information on window performance - as that will be the true test. i will also add pictures once the outside of the home ceases to resemble a disaster zone. yes i would use them again!
