Working with Rocco and Christina has been a fantastic experience. We laid out our requirements and budget, asking them to guide our options until we settled on layout and materials. The crew is large, work hard, and got the job done quickly and correctly. Rocco designed a system to control the excess ground water we get from surrounding new builds, and worked with our neighbours so as to keep them happy during the project. I am very satisfied with the results!

Max arrived on short notice, assessed that our 30 year old heater needed replacing. We have old, non-standard pipes and flue, but he got the new heater in and working, and improved the safety of the gas line running to the shed. Bottom line: kids got to swim on the long weekend! Max is hard working and reasonably priced. Thanks Max!

Vlad @ GTA Landscaping replied to my request for a quote within hours. He came over at the time he said, reviewed the yards and gave me quotes for two options. Our backyard lawn was devastated and overrun with weeds, so full sod removal and replacement was the way we went. The work was done in the time he said, at the price quoted. I even got to meet his Mom :) I look forward to our next project together. Thanks Vlad & team!

We had a leak in our basement toilet, a fairly new toilet. We called Water Works based on its rating on Home Stars. Mike came out on time, reviewed the problem, quoted us a few different options. He had the right parts on the truck, installed them and resolved the problem. Three weeks later, and all is great. Thanks Mike for the prompt, friendly service!

We live in a house built in 1950 that has two extensions added in the 1980s. Our A/C seemed to be working, but we had very poor circulation to the upstairs. We were wearing sweaters downstairs in order to get the upstairs slightly lower than outside temperatures. Sleeping upstairs at night was almost intolerable. I called Premi-Air based on reviews from this site. Talking the situation over with Bob on the phone, I decided to sign up for their annual heat and A/C maintenance plan, which would cover cleaning the A/C and blower system in the short term. The Premi-Air technician showed up and after looking around showed us that the air return from upstairs was a trickle and that the overall air returning to the blower was almost as cold as the air going out. We went from room to room closing off vents and returns until we could see warm air returning to the blower and cold air coming out quite well from the vents upstairs. The problem is now solved! Our house is a consistent temperature and very comfortable. No extra charge was made for the time of walking us through the airflows of the house. I look forward to the future maintenance visits.
