We met Raff after firing a terrible contractor working on our basement development. I called Raff, and the site visit and quote were done within 48 hours. We hired him right away, and the crew started the job quickly, and were done well within the timeframe given, on budget too. Raff made great suggestions to improve our basement development, in the way of insulation, and fixing things the other contractor didn't know how to do properly. Raff's crew were the most polite, clean, and efficient crew I have ever witnessed work. Their work is superb quality. I will definitely be hiring them again for future projects!

They did a great job cleaning the furnace and most of the ducts. They didn't clean the dryer vents at all though, and I am disappointed for that, as well as them not listening about keeping our cats locked up in a certain room.

Jen, I am very disappointed to read this. We had discussed the guys openning the bedroom door, when your cats were locked in the room, and allowing them to escape throughout the house. As I mentioned during our conversation, it was a sincere accident. I thought we had resolved this issue. We offered you an extremely discounted rate, for the mishap. This was to be completed, once your renovations were completed. We would defiantly like to make it up to you. Thank you, once again for you allowing us into your home!

Injured my back at age 23, and even though I train at the gym... I've always been sore every morning. Years passed by, and in researching for a non-toxic mattress in Canada, my family found Black Sheep Mattress. They have replaced all of their beds, and finally (!!) I ordered a new one for me.
