THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL! They charged us $300 to tell us they weren't able to fix it. We complained- they didn't care. The customer service lady ILONA told me I was being rude to her!! They said they didn't have an hourly rate so couldn't possibly tell me how much it would cost. They just looked at the fridge and insisted it was $300. I told them I would complain and ILONA said she could 'care less'.
