We were given a gift of having Andrea come to our home and help us with colour choices for each room in our home. Andrea arrived with a piece of luggage holding a myriad of colour samples. She proceeded to ask us what we liked and disliked in colours. Then she proceeded to develop each room. When she picked a colour she would always ask us our opinion. If we were unsure or didn't like what she picked, she would start over until we all agreed. It was a very easy, pleasant experience and we would recommend her without hesitation

Our mainshutoff valve was frozen open and we needed to change a washer in the bathtub. There are no individual shutoff's for the tub so all the water in the house had to be shut off. Once we contacted MAG'S he took care of calling the city to have the outside valved checked and then again to book the shutoff a day later. He was here when the city truck shut off the water. He cut out the old valve and installed a new one in approximately 30 minutes. His work was very clean and neat. He left no mess and called the city to turn the water on again. I would recommend this firm without hesitation.

Our front porch had sunk down approximately 6 inches and the stairs had become uneven. After a number of contacts and estimates we called Simon at Certilock in mid June. He was very helpful and made a number of suggestions. We gave Simon the contract and he indicated he would do the work in early August. As luck would have it, we needed to leave town on the day he was to start the job. I mentioned it to Simon and told him to go ahead. When we returmed home the job was completed and looked absolutly marvellous. We were delighted with the work done and the professionalism of Simon and his crew.

CORETEMP Heating and Air was recommended to us by a friend. We called and asked for an estimate on a tankless water system. Richard was very obliging and provided an estimate on a new furnace at the same time at my request. After a very informative discussion with Richard we decided to proceed with both items. The job was completed according to the appointed date. I hardly knew they were in the house. When they finished, I anticipated having to cleanup inside and out. But to my complete surprise there was nothing left to clean up. I would recommend this company very highly.
