An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

As we began this New Year, we are using and enjoying our beautiful new “dream kitchen” you helped us design, plan, measure for and install, we want you to know how grateful and appreciative we are to each of you. Mr. Tatter & Mr. Luke helped us with every aspect of the design and made several trips to our house to be sure we chose the right countertop and backsplash. All the other installers did a good job as well, and everyone was polite. The workmanship and attention to detail is above what we expected.
