We were looking for a couch. The Brick was one of many furniture stores we looked in. Our sales person was very helpful and patient, even when we took ages to decide on what we wanted over two separate visits. We left feeling satisfied with the service and the warranty. The couch was delivered as promised during the delivery window and everything went very well. Our only issue was that the pull-down console on the couch was poorly put together and came un-glued within a couple of weeks. We put in a service request and they sent someone to basically crazy glue it back together for us. So all-in-all our experience was good, but the quality of the furniture is still a bit questionable even at the higher end of their price range. The staff and service exceeded our expectations but despite that I'm pretty sure we won't be back any time soon for furniture.

I bought a beautiful fold-out table from here and the service was great. They were very helpful and flexible about the timing of my pick-up. Great store with an interesting selection of unique items.

I have had good and bad experiences with U-Haul. They are by far the most affordable way to move if you are willing to drive the truck yourself, but CALL AHEAD to confirm the time and pickup location of your truck a few days in advance of your move, or you will probably find out your truck is the wrong size, at the wrong location and at the wrong time. Most staff do their best to help but the company's booking system is bonkers.

I hired Angel Movers to help me get everything from my 1-bedroom Toronto apartment down 3 flights of narrow stairs into my rented UHaul truck. They arrived a bit early. They were friendly, professional, and very fast. No complaints at all and I would highly recommend them.
