Hadi did a great job in assessing the work that needed to be done and provided a very detailed estimate breaking down the scope of the work and the level of effort required. He was communicative during the job and very responsive. The span of the work ranged from painting and flooring to bathroom renovation and fixing leaks. Trevor responded promptly to my estimate request and was able to show up to see the trees the next day. He sent a crew with a couple of weeks lead time and they were about to complete the job without incident. The crew was hard working and didnt mind that I recorded the job for my 3 year old!

Big thanks to Erika at Rent a Son for facilitating a quick and seamless moving process. With her help I was able to get an idea of how long the move would take and how much it would cost. On move day the crew showed up right on time and were very courteous and professional. They were able to quickly get to work and were able to move a 3 bedroom house into storage in just over half a day. Will definitely be hiring them back for the move out of storage. Thank you!

My wife and I moved into a 100+ year old home last year and after the horrible winter we just had needed somebody responsive to replace our flat roof. Exactly 1 year ago, I had a very pleasant experience with Invision Hardwood & Decor. Approximately 1 month ago I contacted Dov with a problem I was having - the transition molding connecting my kitchen to my living room had begun to crack and peel off. He quoted me a price to fix this that I thought to be outrageous ($300), especially considering that just a year ago I spent $4,200 to have my flooring installed and that the job in question would take 20 minutes for 2 people to complete. I wholeheartedly recognize and appreciate labour and material costs, but what I also recognize is that when you do business with somebody and within a year problems start to appear, as a business owner and a service provider, it's your obligation to do right by the customer. I did not feel like that was a priority for Dov and I managed to complete the work for less than half the price that was quoted by Invision Hardwood.

I filled out a quote request form on CityBoxes' website and received a response promptly. Andrew answered all of my questions and concerns surrounding the delivery and pickup of the boxes, wardrobes and dollies. For anybody living in an apartment building or a condo, definitely rent a dolly - it will make your life so much easier. Thank you for an incredibly convenient experience, Andrew!
