Our furnace broke down in the -20 weather this January. Leroy came the same day we called which was such a relief since we have two very young children in the home and our home was freezing. Today the pilot light went out again. Leroy came a few hrs after I called and didn't charge us a penny for the service. He has reasonable prices, always answers his phone. He actually told me today he works pretty much 24 hours a day so you can call anytime. He is quick, efficient and very nice!
