As a repeat customer of Demiri Painting and Decorating, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism that Val and his team demonstrated in painting our second floor walls , ceilings and trim. Also want to make mention that we have four skylights on the second floor, which were handled with precision. Val once again provided me with knowledgeable guidance in choosing the right colour and the work was done as discussed, in a clean manner and within the negotiated time frame. It has once again been a pleasure to work with Val in Phase 1 of a multi-phase home reno.

Just had the 35 year old popcorn removed from our second floor ceiling by Lou and his team and have to say that it was a truly refreshing experience. As the specialist assigned to our project, Andrew deserves kudos for his excellent work and precision. Our ceiling is straight, work was done within agreed to timelines, the mess was cleaned up and we are extremely happy with the end result. If you appreciate quality work at a reasonable price, Lou and his team are the professionals you are seeking. We will be using them again for our main floor renovation and will recommend them to family and friends.

For our 100+ year old house in Leslieville we desperately needed to replace our 25+ year old Furnace and AC before they broke down. We received 4 estimates on high and medium level appliances and Mandarin Heating & Cooling Inc. came in with superior knowledge, great suggestions, a can do attitude and the best quote for a Lennox SLPV Furnace, high end AC and Wi-Fi Smart Thermostat. The rebates which Brian told us about made the deal quote affordable. Moreover, installation was scheduled within a week and the installers were amazing. It was clear that this was a difficult job with many challenges in a small basement space. As well, when it looked like we weren't going to get the AC into the backyard because of narrow access, Brian and additional employees came to help lift the AC to get it into the yard. I'm certain that another company would have given up and told us to pick a smaller unit. All in all, I was extraordinarily impressed by the workmanship and the entire experience. I would strongly recommend Mandarin Heating & Cooling Inc; in particular if you are looking for an excellent price and quality installation.

Anthony did a very good job in restoring and sealing the original interior brickwork in our 100+ year old chimney which runs throughout the house and is featured on four floors. Given that our entire renovation project design centered around revealing this lovely brickwork, it was important to us that it be returned to its original stature and also important that it be sealed to avoid continued crumbling of the cement. Anthony did well in meeting our expectations and I would certainly recommend him to others with similar projects.

In renovating a 100+ year old house, we were very fortunate to find Val and his team to support us in painting walls, ceilings, baseboards and crown molding throughout 4 floors, staining 3 sets of stairs and painting the exterior brickwork, trim and decks. This paint project was most definitely a challenge given imperfections in drywall and masonry and the need for Val and his team to spread the work out over a number of weeks to accommodate our requirements. While there are many painting companies available, you certainly won’t find another like Val and his team to provide you with a customized job, excellent advice, top notch skills and an abundance of patience. And the icing on the cake is that they clean up after their work; they left our house spotless. We will most definitely continue to use their services for all of our future painting and staining needs. Richard and his team installed resilient channel, insulation and drywall, repaired poor framing and provided excellent advice throughout. In our renovation project of a 100 year old house, we had Milorad tile and waterproof three bathroom showers and floors, as well as our main hallway floor. As you can well imagine, with an older home, there are challenges with both floors and walls not being straight or level. Milorad walked us through exactly what was required and what he would do to remedy the issues. He ensured that all surfaces were smooth, flat and prepared with precision, that all tiles were precut and laid out in advance of being set and that grout lines were thin (as requested) and straight. In all honesty, he delivered more than what was promised, on schedule and within budget.
