Vlad responded immediately to our call and showed up on time about 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate to replace the motor. As the replacement motor would cost $275 we decided to buy a new washer rather than proceed with the repair, but we will definitely call Vlad again next time the need arises. He charged a very reasonable $65 for the visit and the work he did.
