I cannot speak highly enough about this company. The whole crew led by Derek and John were incredible from the moment we walked into the showroom until the day they left the job. First we received a very thorough rundown of all the products and features by Derek and he carefully listened to what our hopes and dreams were for our family room fireplace. They worked with us from start to finish coordinating with us and accommodating the timeline of getting our mantle at Timeless Materials where THEY offered to pick it up for us. We even threw them a few curve balls along the way and without any hesitation, Derek was on it and showed his true professionalism when it came to helping us devise a plan for a new direction. They expected the whole project to take 2 days and it ended up taking closer to 2.5-3 to rip out the old fireplace, do all the insulating and venting, install the fireplace and then frame the whole thing. They also installed cement board, ran some extra conduit for power, smart thermostat and TV cables and the like. (I'll be doing the finishing work myself.) On the last day we were then given a through rundown by Mark on how the system worked and how to maintain it. We're now trying to figure out where else in our home we might install a fireplace because the experience we so incredibly good. These guys are the best, you won't regret hiring them!

Damian and the crew happened to be in my city the day I called and were able to grade and sod my front lawn that afternoon. They removed the old grass, laid down new top dressing, graded it and laid the new sod and rolled it. It was done quickly and efficiently and the results speak for themselves. They tidied up when they were done too! Thank you!

Ben from BB Aluminum installed new gutters and fascia on my semi-detached home(and my neighbours) in Etobicoke in 2019, the house looks fantastic. This year in 2021 my neighbour requested an adjustment be made to even out the distribution of water flow between our properties. I called up Ben and he was here soon to make the necessary adjustments. When I asked how much for the adjustment, he said....."No charge. Just tell your friends!" Here I am! Couldn't be happier with his work and exceptional customer service. :)

Peter came by for a quote and was by far the most affordable quote I got of the three. His sales pitch wasn't pushy or anything, he just wanted to know what we wanted and how he could help. Within a few weeks he was sodding my 1500sqft lot and my neighbours front yard as well. He and his hard-working team had the old sod pulled up, graded and sodded all within the day. My wife and I, and our neighbour are very happy with our experience with Ontario Green Irrigation.

Ed responded super quickly to our call and came came that night to get our Nest up and running. The wiring set-up for our old thermostat didn't work and he quickly had it working. Will use again.

Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with Express Rooter plumbing. Tony always arrived on time and ready to work. The quote was quite high compared to the other quote I received but I decided to go with them anyway in the hopes that I'd see results from the extra cost. Tony was friendly and very informative about the work. He did an inspection of much of our existing plumbing and tested our water pressure which was found to be higher than is generally preferred. The first visit he helped me rip out my old bathtub and he installed the rough-in for my new bathtub. He also finished the rough-in for my bathroom sink which was not in the quote, nor was I charged for it. On the second visit, he completed the rough-in for the shower-bathtub which was the majority of the cost. He also replaced my two shut-off valves and supply lines for my two toilets free of charge as a precautionary extra. I was certainly pleased with the freebies and the general swiftness with which it was completed. I watched Tony complete the entire job as I was interest in learning about it. He worked very meticulously and carefully and double-checked every cut and solder etc that was done including a full system check at the end. It was recommended to me that I insulate the pipes when he was finished to help reduce heat loss and noise which I did. Overall I feel the price was a little high but the service was fantastic. I generally would prefer a lower initial cost up front and then have to pay a little extra for the optional freebies after but that is just me.

Richard was extremely thorough in explaining to me how he planned to rebuild my 60yr old chimney. His price was competitive for the top quality he offers and for that reason I decided to hire him. On the work day, he and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They protected my aging shingles and all vulnerable areas around their work area with sheets and tarps etc. They were done by 2pm and our chimney looks great!

A friend recommended that I pursue this company for spray painting some of my basement cupboard doors. I called and asked for a quote and the price seemed very reasonable. I was thinking of just brush painting them myself but when David showed me a sample of the kind of finish he could achieve with his sprayer and preparation work, I was sold. He had them finished quickly and professionally and they now look far better than I could have hoped!

The came. They saw. They sprayed. They made my home look much better overall. I was skeptical about what sort of service I would get because this occupation has a bit of a reputation for ripping people off. I was reassured they would deliver and paid when I was happy with the job. The only thing I would say is that their recommended 'dry enough to walk on' time of 30minutes should probably be extended to 1 hour. It was still pretty sticky overall in the 16 degree weather. Overall, well done.

The doors themselves I am happy with and the installation was fast and painless. Some of the service calls took longer then I'd like but overall, a good experience. My house has much greater curb appeal and seems warmer in the winter. Sam the installer was great and made sure everything was done to my specs before calling it a day.

I had my ducts cleaned by Wil through this company. He did a great job and was in and out in a flash. He kept me informed about what he would do and how he was going to do it. Joe the owner with whom I set up the appointment was very friendly and accommodating with my schedule. It's hard to guage the cleanliness of the air other then to say that it smells clean and the ducts are free of the dust/debris that used to be there. Thanks for the great service guys!
