Our grandson broke two vanes in our family room shutters requiring new dowels to be inserted. We purchased the shutters from Cadillac about ten years ago so I called them and they advised that if I brought the shutters to their office they might be able repair them while I waited. When I brought them in Steven quickly and efficiently repaired them and they didn't even charge for the repair. Wonderful service and great people! Thank you very much! Gary L.

We are thrilled with the job that Benjamin and his crew did to transform the floor in our basement. What was previously just a concrete floor with peeling paint is now a very attractive floor with a very durable finish that should last for many years. They started the job on the promised date and completed it when they said they would. In addition because they had to gain access to the work area by walking through our recreation room they thoroughly protected the hardwood flooring by covering it with cardboard. Overall we are very impressed with the end result as well as the attention to detail. Gary & Joan
