We contracted with 3Elements as our designer for our custom home in 2013. Gio and his staff are friendly and professional. Gio heard all of our comments and needs and incorporated them into a plan. We have confidently referred our friends to Gio and continue to hold him and his team in high regard. If we ever build another custom home we will definitely use 3Elements for the design and this time we would use his team for construction as well. Dominick Farinacci
