Westrim was referred to me by my strata manager, and their price was competitive with the other plumbers I contacted. Appreciated the free home visit. Things started off really well, these guys are great commercial/industrial plumbers. Finished a complete re-pipe of both bathrooms and the water heater in one day. Unfortunately, the they really struggled with the tub installation. It became evident after a few botched installation attempts that the journeyman plumber they sent was not experienced with tub installation. That should have taken one day, but instead took 5. However, Dan is a good businessman and did what it took to sort everything out. Long story short, despite taking 4 times longer than they quoted and spending far more hours, the final invoice was exactly what they quoted, and my wife is happy with the results.

I recently hired Neil to re-wire 2 bathrooms in my house. He gave a free, no-obligation quote, which I appreciated, and we agreed to the scope in writing before the work started. He was great at staying in touch with me by text while the work was happening, and finished on schedule and right around the estimate. I found Neil easy to deal with, he was very familiar with city inspectors, and ensure everything passed inspection the first time. The thing I appreciated most about him was that he showed up precisely when he said he would on multiple occasions. I never had to wait around for him once. He's the only electrician I've ever dealt with, so can't say if he's better/worse than anyone else, but he was right on budget and on schedule, and everything has passed inspection.
