Two years ago Buttons installed a new furnace completely to my satisfaction. However, just last week I realized the humidifier wasn't working which was due to a small connection error on their part. After contacting them and explaining the situation, Todd immediately came down, took a look, called in a technician who confirmed the problem was with the install, and then another technician came a few days later and replaced the parts to make the humidifier work again. To say the least, after two years, I am so impressed with the prompt, courteous and ethical customer service I received, all at no cost to me, and I can't say enough good things about this company. In this day and age of unethical workmanship and companies ripping us off, I would highly recommend Buttons Heating to anyone who requires an honest heating or air conditioning company.
