Excellent service and prompt response. Tim called ahead and came within the time alloted for the service call. The garage opener is 20 years and although Tim suggested that I should replace he did not try to sell me, but rather spent considerable time fixing the existing unit and at a very reasonable cost. When the time comes to replace the unit I will definitely call The Door Master to have Tim instal a new unit. Thank you for your service Tim. Much appreciated.

I met Trevor through my daughter who was having trouble with her dryer and found an article in a local newspaper about dryer venting issues. She was extremely pleased with the service and as I had concerns about venting in my townhouse I had Trevor do service on my dryer. He was extremely thorough and showed me pictures of before and after cleaning. I was horrified to see how much lint was accumulated in my vent. When I used the dryer after the service I couldn't believe how more efficient the dryer was. The improved efficiency of the dryer combined with the knowledge that my vent was clear of lint gave me piece of mind and safety. It was certainly money well spent. I strongly recommend this service to everyone.

I called several window & door companies but as soon as I met with Tony DeBartolo of Home Decor I knew he was the one. He was professional, friendly, patient with with my questions and explained everything detail so that I knew exactly what I would be getting. Whenever I called for further follow-up he was there for me. I replaced all my windows and 2 doors in my townhouse. The installation went off very well even though it was so cold. Both the installer and the sales/measurer were curtious, personable and prompt. Great to deal with, helpful in suggestions. The installer did a beautiful job, well finished, left the premises in neat condition. Carpet is of high quality and I was happy with the price. Highly recommended.
