I had a clogged sewer....again. Brad came to my house and he was very professional and explained everything to me. This company does not charge extra for weekends. It took him a while to clean it and we found out that roots had grown into the town's portion of the sewer pipe. We found the roots when he pulled out the rotor rooter and roots from trees came back with it. He, also, put down the camera to verify there was no other obstruction. I will now have to go after the town to fix their portion of the pipe (I previously had the pipe changed from my house to the town's 4 years ago). I would use this company again. Thanks Brad for all your help.

I used Rick Grave's Roofing because it came highly recommended. Most of the houses where my parents lived on Singleton Drive used Rick and his work was highly praised. I don't think that he advertises...his great work travels via word of mouth. My parents' house cost just under $4000 (2-3 years ago) while the next door neighbour used a company that I have often seen their advertising posts in people's yards while they are working on their roofs...the neighbour's roof cost over $7000 (same size house as my parents) and he has had two major problems with leaking since his roof was installed. My parents nor anyone they knew had any problems with their roofs. So this is why I went with Rick. He's good and quick and my roof looks great plus there is a guarantee for I believe 20 years....that's how sure he is of his work. Don't think the more many you spend the better the roof because it's so not true.

This company was recommended by the plumbing company that my place of business goes to. When the guy from Cleaver came over I told him, exactly, what the Town of Belleville told me needed to be done... I even walked him through it and gave him the measurements that had been supplied to me.. He started the following week (with his crew of young men) and when I came to check up on him at lunch I found out he had fixed something totally different. I don't know where he was, mentally, when I had, previously, told him what needed to be done. So I called the plumbing company and told them the problem and they contacted Cleaver. When I returned home that night I saw water on the street in front of my house...didn't know where it was coming from until I drove into the driveway and saw that my outside tap was running at full blast. It had been running from noon to 5:45 p.m. when I returned home!!! I phoned the Town of Belleville water and they told me that the previous year I had consumed 6 cu ft of water and as of the day I called them it was now up to 27 cu ft!!!! So I phoned him and told him what had happened and he apologized and paid the $90 difference on my water bill. When the job was done I noticed that he hadn't repaired the hole that they had to dig out in my basement and when I told him that there was still a 3' hole he told me that he had thought one of the young guys fixed it. What owner doesn't check to ensure that everything was done??? When he had to dig up the front yard he, also, dug up under my concrete porch so all winter there was nothing holding it up and now my stairs and porch are dipping because of this (I just saw this because the snow has now melted so it's obvious).. I am so ticked off right now. I, currently, have a call in to the plumbing company to get hold of this guy so he can fix this problem. Oh and one more thing...I was told by two separate plumbers (one from the town) that the guy I had been dealing with (from Cleaver) had been fired by the Town of Belleville and because his nephew work at the plumbing company they hire Cleaver to do work like mine....It was too late when I found this out.
