After having a competior's company out to assess our problem at a cost of $74 and providing an estimate of $500 +, I got smart and called Ducky's. We now have the distinction of having the toughest residential clog. Andy stuck with it (and with us) right through lunch and into the afternoon. He completed the job and at almost 1/2 the cost of his competitor. Save your self time and money--call Ducky's Drains.
