Richard from Coretemp installed our furnace many years ago, 2008 to be exact. I work up Saturday to having hearing issues, I called Richard at 8:08 am who answered his phone immediately. He walked me through some steps to ignite the furnace ultimately getting it running again on a cold -14 morning. He was so helpful even FaceTiming me to assist in helping me to circumvent the problem. We have not had our furnace serviced in so many years, I have booked service of course but I would highly recommend Coretemp to anyone. You do not get customer service like that.
