An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had Diverse Flooring provide a quote to us a while back, and when we finally decided to move forward we went back to Diverse. During the installation process the designated installer was very accommodating, and his attention to detail was impeccable. We did have an issue come up during the process where by the engineered hardwood was deemed to be defective, Diverse Flooring's owner and a representative from the vendor were on site within a couple of hours, and the following day a replacement shipment of material was delivered to our home. End result we have a beautiful new Engineered hardwood floor. We also had new carpet installed for a couple of bedrooms, and tile for our kitchen, bathroom and Laundry.
