Phenomenal service! Called them on Monday for a quote on the removal of a hot tub before our pool opens on Friday. Not only did they come to quote me on Monday, but their quote was the most competitive, and they removed the hot tub on Tuesday!! Backyard was clean, they also offered to remove the barbed wire surrounding our property for the safety of our kids, for no charge. Will definitely not hesitate to use them again!

What we thought was a simple call to an insulation company to top up some cold spots in our attic, resulted in a recommendation to test the vermiculite found. Unfortunately, ours tested positive, and we needed to find an asbestos removal company now, to remove the vermiculite, existing insulation, and top it back up after the air quality tests come back clear of all remnants. We called 3 companies. Templar being one of them. Templar's quote was 8k; a second company with identical procedures was 10k; and the third company which said it was necessary to have 2-3 guys hand scoop the removal, pay for bag removal to a landfil far away, followed by the identical procedures used by the other 2 companies (vaccuuming out the remaining), came in at 20k. Glad we got multiple quotes, else we would have spent between $2000-$12000 more than we would have needed to. Our house is now asbestos free thanks to Templar. Great prompt service, at a reasonable price!

I was surprised when my home insurer sent me a letter stating that the front of my newly purchased house was not to code (more than 4 stairs with no railing), and required a railing. This is the problem with buying older houses where homeowners do renovations before selling. Needless to say, I went in search of a railings company. Art Metal did not disappoint. Not only were their prices reasonable, they were prompt, friendly and informative. No pressure to do more work (replace existing porch railing) than I was requesting, was an added bonus. We may actually use them to redo the entire front porch, because the end product was so nice. Give them a call, and you will also not be disappointed. Great quality product, and great service.

We've been with A & J Security for over 5 yrs now. Both in the old house, and now in our new house. Very professional company, and very competitive pricing. We got the GSM (cellular) unit, so that we don't need a phone line. They were always prompt to respond, and contact us when our alarm would ring (fortunately all false due to family members going into our house without disabling the alarm). Will be staying with them for a few more years, until given a reason to stop. May install surveillance cameras next.

Moved into an older house (40 yrs old). No clue the condition of the drains or sewer back up issues, so called Roy for an inspection. He came to our house and snaked the drains, to ensure no blockages. We found a few spots where tree roots entered the drains, and caused some paper and feces clots....so we sent the cutter down there, and cut up all them branches. LOL. Well worth it, because its better than having crap flow back into your basement!

Francis did a phenomenal job cleaning my ducts, AC coils, Dryer Ducts. He did everything! We found a blockage, and got it fixed as well. So much dust/hair came out of the vents it was crazy. When moving to a home, you never know whether the prior owners cleaned the ducts or not. We stayed on the cautious side and cleaned them, and good thing we did. Pet hair, clumps of lint, dust, vent blockages due to accumulation, the list went on and on. No wonder the house was sold with no dryer, cause the vent didn't work!

We had a wasp nest inside our vinyl siding exterior wall, so we called Pesitcon, and we are so glad that we did. Service was super friendly from the get go, and they booked us at a time where I didn't need to take time off from work. Kamran did a phenomenal job. He explained to me their products, process, and allowed me to view his treatment procedure from a distance. I saw the wasps crawling out and falling onto the ground minutes after the application started. Very effective, very prompt, very efficient. Best money I ever spent! And in 2-3 days, the house will be wasp free. Plus with a 6 month guarantee, you really have nothing to lose. And their rates are the most competitive out there.

Went in, and asked for a good, durable Canadian Hardwood. They recommended one that they had on promotion by Armstrong. They ordered enough for my entire main floor, and including installation and taxes it was only $3800!!! What a deal. If I knew quality hardwood was so cheap, we would have done the installation sooner. This place is packed with great deals!

We had Todd do an inspection for us, and he was very informative and detailed. Pointed out areas that were not up to code, areas that we need to keep an eye on, and explained what he looks for and what. Was a great experience, and would definitely use him again.

Times like this, I'm happy we rent our tank from Reliance. The service was impeccable. Ringo Lau did a great job on our water tank. Not only was he punctual, but professional and explained to me the issues. He fixed it, and now we have hot water once again!

So we hired Waseem and he did a great job installing the humidifier in my parents place, that we hired him to do ours. We were both pleased with the job he did,and the price was great too! Not only does he do Humidifiers, but he also does HVAC, Mechanical Automation, Electrical Pneumatics, and Hydraulics in addition to air conditioners and furnaces.

They explained to each step of the process, and showed me what they found. Although the builder claims they clean the ducts before transferring the home to you, when we looked into the ducts we saw debris, concrete and plaster. This is because they cleaned the ducts before carpetting, and swept things into the ducts to clean up after the duct cleaning. So we were glad that we hired a duct cleaner. Although it's more expensive than other duct cleaners, we used them based on referrals, and don't mind paying more for quality service. They exceeded our expectations, and we will refer them to all our friends.

As first time homebuyers, we didn't know what to look for. After seeing tons of positive reviews regarding Robert on another website, we decided to hire his servivces. Robert made the process very simple, and did a very thorough job. He even provided us a list of things to look for, as he looked around simultaneously. He took pictures and video of problem areas, and spent an extra hour after the inspection writing up his report and then explaining to us the procedures we must follow with Tarion moving forward. He also has a binder which is very helpful, in terms of potential house problems and how to fix it; as well as renovations/additions/upgrades/installations and the associated approxmate cost with each item listed. We would use Robert again in a heartbeat.

The technician who arrived at my house was extremely friendly, informative and talented. He installed my five outlets problem-free, as well as fixed some issues that he observed with my vents. He went above and beyond the task required, and even moved my furnace switch up higher on the wall, so that guests dont mistake it for a light switch. He also noted that it should have been put higher in the first place. I was really pleased with the task completed, and can't wait to put my new deep freezer in the basement now. Thanks for a job well done!

Greg spent a good 9 hrs at my house completing all the projects I had enlisted him for. He installed my garage door opener, and central vac. These services were extremely affordable and top notch. He then purchased a Tilt mount for me saving my time of going out to get one, and then installed my LCD tv to it. He also set up my surround sound system (hiding the wires and fishing them through the walls), and he also fished two 20ft HDMI cables for the TV to the Rogers Box and DVD player (since DVD player had no input, else would only need one). For those who know about HDMI cables, these are expensive anywhere you go (at like $120 a piece). My tasks weren't completed yet though, I still had more for Greg to do. I needed 3 ethernet outlets, 1 cable outlet and 1 phone outlet installed into separate rooms. So he had to go to the attic and fish these wires down and install them. I highly recommend Greg and his services! My wife was so ecstatic when he was completed, and said it was worth every penny.
