I had the BEST experience with their service technician, Vladimir. After some questionable dealings with another appliance repair company, I was grateful to find a cheerful and knowledgeable technician that was able to service my fridge on the same day, quoted the price over the phone, and explained what had gone wrong with the part that had broken down.
