We are very pleased with our new countertop from Rio Stone. Sue was a pleasure to work with at the sales office, she was able to answer all of our questions and made sure we didn't overlook anything on our order. Unfortunately we selected a very difficult stone to work with, but Martin and the installation crew made sure that everything was installed properly to our satisfaction. After installation service has been good with prompt replies to our questions. My only complaint is that Martin promised to drop off a 'free' cutting board from our material off-cuts that never materialized.
