When the product arrived the dimensions were off (from measurements they took), they tried to tell us to just keep it as nobody would be able to tell the difference. There were so many quality issues that they couldn't possibly fix them all. Dents, chips, peeling, scratched...They finally agreed to just remove the unit but not without damage to our wall that they refuse to pay. The owner doesn't return calls, failed to show up for an appointment and rarely returns e-mails. Completely unreliable. Horrible quality.
