Having found bed bugs, I of course was freaking out. When I left a message for Spartan, Jarrod literally called back in seconds. He answered all my questions and we set up a treatment time quickly. When treatment happened, I think I emailed Jarrod ummmmm....... A lot!!! He always got back to me right away. He is knowledgeable, quick, and nice. He never came across as fake. I have recommended Jarrod to family. I hope I will never have to use him again, but I definitely would. And so far, knock on wood, no signs of bed bugs.
