Last year I noticed some roof damage. Sokol from National Star came to do an estimate as did a few other reps from other roofing companies. Right from the start I realized that National did things different. They were very clear about everything they do to ensure a quality job and explained the value of their products and process. Choosing them from the initial contact was easy. Watching them work confirmed the decision many times over. My next door neighbor and I both did our roofs with them at the same time so I was able to observe many elements of the process. We had a discussion about doing this work and we both agreed - anyone can do it but only the guys that care do it well. These guys apply a significant amount of effort into making sure everything is done right including extra attention to details such as sealing minor cracks in stucco on the chimney to ensure you and your roof are saved from future issues. They don't nickel and dime you to death after the initial quote, they are very professional and work hard, they do their best to accommodate you while doing the job and they clean up better than any other crew I have seen.
