I am a person that hates to deal with anything with repairs. Vlad made this experience so easy and pain-free to me. He came on time, worked right away. Found the defect and explain it to me what happened although I have no idea of any mechanical stuff. He came back the day after with the parts and get everything completed a total of roughly 2.5 hours of 2 visits. He is so friendly and very thankful. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thanks a lot.
