Our washing machine stopped working very unexpectedly in the middle of a wash cycle. The Machine was sending error signals and the door was locked and would not open. This happened around 7:00 pm in the evening. We called many appliance repair places and nobody was willing to come in the evening. We were lucky to find Eugene. He was very prompt to come eventhough he was busy at another job site. He was very professional, made a proper assessment and fixed the washing machine right on the spot. Eugene was very knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably pricec. We were extremely happy with his service and would highly recommend him.

We bought a house last summer and would like to build a custom house and add a secondary unit in the basement. We hired the team of Rigid Frame because of their excellent reputation in homestars and the entire team did a great work for us. All the communications are very seamless and they presented us with exceptional floor plans and exterior designs. They did many 3D renderings so we can visualized the design. They walk us in every step of the permit process with the city. Arvin and Pezhman are very professional and are both educated in the field of architectural and engineering. They prepared everything that are need to get the permit to the city. We will hire Rigid Frame for the construction stage because we want our dream house to be built and managed by professional engineers. We recommend the team of Rigid Frame to everyone looking to build their custom dream house. Keep up the good job Rigid Frame!

I am very disappointed with the very poor workmanship and after- sell customer care that this company offers to their customers. First of all they don't tell you that they have no delivery and they hire another company to deliver. They only tell you that after you have made your purchase. They Quoted us approximately $180.00 for delivery of a twin bed, plus another $70.00 for the delivery guy to dispose the cardboards! Since the cost of delivery was too high, we rented a Uhaul and brought this twin bed to the 24th floor in our Condo. Then after only two months of purchase we noted that the pins connecting the footboard to the body were separating. We emailed them explaining the problem and including pictures. Never heard from them to tell us what is their next plan of action. After about two weeks I called Shimi (the owner/sales rep) following up with him regarding our email. He simply said that he had ordered another bed for us since there was no way to fix the existing one; we had to bring this extremely heavy (has three drawers underneath plus a separate headboard) twin bed back to their store and pick up another one. Shimi was extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate as far as all the inconvenience we had to go through to bring the defective bed back and pick up the new one! He kept referring me to what the warranty document says as far as "pick up and delivery" is concerned; however I should definitely not go through another hardship of delivery and pick up since it was them who provided me with a defective item which they can't even send someone to have it fixed. They definitely don't stand behind their product and words. Telling a customer "if you are not happy, you can return it" is not a proper way to deal with a disgrunted customer. We definitely spent a lot of time to find this company (based on supposedly positive reviews) drive up to them from a far location, to go through their different products, invested time and money to get this product into our condo for my son and to hear them saying "not happy bring it back" as if this is an item that I can just put it in my car and bring it back!!! I have to rehire movers and truck in order to do that! I would never make another purchase from this company and we'll never refer any family or friends here. They have complete lack of respect and understandin for their customer's time and money.

Although we do not see many warranty issues with that particular manufacturer, we are sorry that the bed did not meet your expectations and that you were one of the few clients who experience a warranty issue from this manufacturer. As noted on your copy of the order form, KIDS works within the manufacturers warranty. We have offered in writing to exchange the unit for you or in this particular case to refund your money completely for the order if you are not satisfied. Unfortunately, although you requested it, KIDS will not compensate you additionally for lost time, or for your truck rental or for additional delivery charges. Just as would be expected at any retailer, you must bring the unit in to the store in original condition to complete an exchange. We still have not heard back from you as to how you wish to proceed (exchange or refund). Please advise us at your earliest convenience so that we can address this matter for you in a timely fashion.
