This team is extraordinary. Robert and Derek were the more professional people that I have ever worked with and I have had a lot of contact with trades, skilled labourers and business people. Robert and Derek are all of these things. My initial contact was with Patricia who was extremely helpful in coordinating my contact with Robert at every stage of the process. She is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I didn't think the service could get any better until the guys arrived to discuss the job and to start the work. I went out in the morning and came back at noon and found that my office and family room had been transformed in a few short hours. Then in another half a day my living room, dining room and front hall turned into the show piece I had always envisioned. The greatest transformation was our master bedroom and upper hallway, each possessing the most challengin angles imaginable but the guys were magicians and made it seem effortless. My home has been transformed and its value increased. The pictures don't do the work justice. I recommend them highly and will be changing the remaining bedrooms to hardwood in the new year with this team. I hope they can squeeze me in.
