the polywood shutters is the best shutters out there, when it was installed, there is a big difference in the temperature of our house, its not that cold anymore. Its worth it. I think it even raised the value of our home. They provide an excellent customer service, either over the phone or in person.

brent thanks so much! we wouldnt have known about our leaks in the basement if you didnt point it out in our PDI. The home builder representative didnt even notice it until brent showed it to us. Brent also took the time filling out the 30 day form for us so all we have to do is sent it to Tarion. Brent sorry again for calling you so early. Still brent answered the phone and accomodated us for changing our appointment in a very short notice! your the best brent!

I always find it amusing when the home builders "inspector" is there for the PDI and says that he/ she doesn't work for the home builder and that they are working for "you". More times than not, I have to show them the problems that I have encountered. How could the "inspector" possibly have missed those leaks in your basement? Or better yet, completely overlook code violations? I don't even think he had a clipboard in his hands writing this stuff down! More important, I don't even think he knew they were code violations. The best was when he said "don't worry, be rest assured, it will get done because I'm responsible for getting it done". So how come when I come back 30 days later nothing was even some much as looked at let alone done. So much for being "rest assured". Anyways Marc and Farah, it was super nice working with you and what a nice house you've got there! Thanks again, and thank you for choosing Classic Home Inspections!
