I prepaid for window cleaning service for 10 panes via a group buy deal. I made my appointment online months ahead and received an email confirmation and a reminder for the appointment two days prior to the appointment date. Unfortunately, the window cleaners were a no show on the scheduled date, and no one from this MGS bothered to phone me to reschedule. I had to call them the next day to find out that they ran out of time and couldn't come. I was then promised that I would be the first customer to service as soon as the rain stops. Two days later, it was finally a sunny day, but again, no one from MGS showed up. I called again and was told that someone would come at around 3 pm. Finally, Mark showed up 2 hours late. I gave him clear instructions with diagrams as to which 10 panes to clean. However, the cleaner only cleaned 8 panes and left. This kind of service is ridiculous! I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
