Alex has been fantastic over the summer with maintaining our property. Always on time, efficient and polite, Alex met our expectations. Alex was also on the lookout for potential issues before they emerged and suggested preventative maintenance work without being salesy which we appreciated.

We used DreamPools for our backyard after evaluating a number of different pool builders. We liked the hands on nature of Sterling during the build process. He was available almost 24/7 to answer any questions and make us feel comfortable during the process. Unlike bigger box stores, Sterling was extremely flexible in the design and approach; guiding us through the process with his expertise. He went above and beyond call of duty to help work around other contractors' timelines (on a project this big, with multiple moving parts, this is key to keeping things on track) We are ecstatic with how our pool turned out and wholeheartedly recommend DreamPools!

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

We installed a pool in the summer and hired Casey (Wattcom Electric) to do all the electrical work. The project’s scope required juggling 10+ contractors and Casey stood out as the all-star amongst them. Casey greatly exceeded our expectations by doing a quality job at fair pricing, being extremely flexible in his timings (always the first one on site and making visits whenever required) and going well beyond call of duty to coordinate the work site and come up with ideas to improve on our plans. His ‘can do’ attitude made sure that the project finished on time/budget. I would wholeheartedly recommend Casey to family / friends and will definitely use him for all our future projects!
