After reaching out to EMF Construction for an estimate to repair a very old and damaged veranda, Eddy showed up to discuss repairs. He assessed the work, did some measurements and within a day gave us an electronic copy of their costs. It was clear and easy to understand. The following week the team showed up to demo the veranda. They were both efficient and clean with their work The following day forms were prepared, and once again they were neat and clean. When the concrete was poured, the guys were again neat and clean, explaining things with each step. The project took 3 to 3.5 days, Eddy and the guys were pleasant, and repaired and replaced parts of the veranda-making it look like new. We had this job done for our mother who is 85. I saw her use the steps for the first time in years. Eddy you and your team were easy to get along with and cared about the work you produced. Thanks to Eddy. and the boys.
