SECOND UPDATE: 7/10 Now the rating has gone from a 4 to a 7. We got the promised $500 refund. Superior pipes are now installed. Guys were professional again and understanding of our frustration. I think a 7 out of 10 is a fair rating for OUR experience. FIRST UPDATE: 4/10 Our rating has changed from 10 to 4. The CURRENT RATING is now 4. Why? Two days after the installation a pressure valve erupted causing flooding at home. LUCKILY, we were home when it woke us up at 4am. Atlas took responsibility and fixed it. Just now, 22 days after installation the EXACT SAME THING happened. LUCKILY, we were home when it woke us up at 2 am. Can you imagine now feeling (a) Wow are we glad we were home for the flooding both times, and (b) will we ever be able to leave our home with the water system turned on (like everyone else) and not fear a flood? I'm sure you would agree that a 4 out of 10 is warranted. A week ago Atlas, to their credit, promised $500 back. Atlas, we believe you and look forward to this partial refund being put back on our credit card. This has NOT happened yet. Atlas, we also are interested in seeing what else you are going to do to pacify a customer who is generally a very loyal person in this very trying situation. ORIGINAL ENTRY: 10/10 Chris and Gary came by to install a hot water tank and showed that not everyone who does what they do is equal. They maximized the space so that everything fits safely and perfectly. Someone else would have struggled to get the right size tank into the space. They also answered all my questions and made sure my furnace is not leaking anywhere (there can be a few spots here and there and they taped up a couple of small spots). IMO Atlas Care's best strength is their workers. I hope management rewards them. And these guys were so focused yet somehow super relaxed.
