I hired this company to move a relatively small amount of stuff into storage in preparation for putting our house on the market. I had already moved a bunch of things myself, but time was short and we had too many other things to do (e.g. painting, fixing some stairs, etc.). So we called this company to move the rest. I was very disappointed. First, as other reviewers have noted, they were late by about an hour. It turned out their driver was sick and they couldn't find a replacement. The guys were friendly, but seemed inexperienced and very slow. We were paying by the hour, and my impression was that they were dawdling and dragging out every possible minute so they could charge more. I felt like I had to watch them the whole time or they would stop and talk or take a break even though it was a pretty small job. When they were done packing up we agreed to meet at the storage facility. It took me less than 10 minutes to get there, and it took them 35. I have no idea why. I finally called the company to complain and to let them know I was not paying for that time. Ultimately, although the guys were friendly and polite, I felt that they were not really experienced or competent. When we moved the stuff out of storage and into our new house we used a different company (A & D Movers), and they were far better: more efficient, about half the price, they inspired confidence, and I trusted them and didn't feel like I had to watch over them to make sure they kept working.

We used A & D Movers twice--once to move our heavy things (washing machine, dressers, beds) to our new house (to save money we rented a van and moved the lighter things ourselves), and a few weeks later to move the things we had put in storage into our new house. We had used a different company to move the stuff into storage (Two Small Men with Two Big Hearts), and we had been disappointed in them and wanted to use someone else. The storage facility, as well as a realtor in our neighborhood, recommended A & D, and so we decided to give them a try. They were great: efficient, fast (a good thing when you are paying by the hour), and obviously experienced. To get an old washing machine out of the basement and to put the new one in they had to remove a door and a handrail, and they did this and put it all back together quickly and efficiently. And the guys (Mason, Jason, and James) were friendly and polite. I highly recommend this company: excellent price, highly competent and efficient, and very careful and courteous.
