Aviv Plumbing was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry to replace a lever ball valve in the basement. During discussions Michael was very detailed and he immediately sent us a quotation which was reasonable and, knowing it was urgent, he was able to accommodate our job at the earliest. He guided us about coordinating an appointment with Markham water department etc. Anthony, the plumbing associate, arrived this morning on time. Anthony swiftly replaced the valve, all the time keeping us informed about what he was doing. He made sure to check once the city turned on the water. He was such a friendly person and knew his job very well. Before he left he made sure that everything we wanted was taken care of. At the end we also requested for Michael/Anthony's recommendation about replacing all the toilets in our house. Aviv Plumbing number is now saved on my phone for any future plumbing jobs. MasterSealer came in to repair and seal our interlocked area outside our house. We were extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism from Master Sealer. We noticed that they also fixed and sealed the small interlock patch in the back yard. That was a very pleasant surprise. The quote that was provided was reasonable and John's team team got the work done on time and left the place clean and tidy. Incidentally, we have received several compliments from different neighbors within our subdivision on the work since they finished. Parker's Window Cleaning did an excellent job at my house in Markham. When I got home in the evening, the windows were spotless and what pleasantly surprised me was that the glass panes on the garage shutter were also clean and sparkling. This is a very satisfied and happy customer that's writing this review. From Adel who booked the appointment to the two associates who completed the work, everybody was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, detail oriented and the job was reasonably priced. I called for a last minute appointment (my son was getting married a week after that) and Adel immediately accommodated my request. They did a great job too. I would highly recommend them and would use them again and again.... A++++ vendor. Thanks guys!!
