We visited the showroom around the end of January/beginning of February and ordered our door. We felt the pricing was competitive and went ahead with our order. We had hoped to have it installed beginning of March but there was a bit of a delay, nothing too serious as they kept us notified throughout the process. On the day of the install, the workers were efficient and thorough, and did a great job of cleaning up and hauling away our old door. We love the new look and would recommend Kempenfelt.

We called Jason after he did my mother-in-law's roof. He was quick, courteous, and came in with a competitive price. Our install day had a surprise dusting of snow, but Jason and his crew worked hard and did the job in a safe & satisfying matter. They completely cleaned up and left our property as it was when the arrived. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a competent and hard working roofer.

We had Northern Comfort replace pretty much every window in our home, and we couldn't ask for a better job! We got a couple quotes from different companies, and Northern Comfort was the best price wise and we liked the fact they were local. Our sales rep Greg Flowers walked us through the process, and the installers were professional from start to finish. The product itself is great, the indoor temperature by our kitchen window was up 2-3 degrees just a day after install. We would recommend them to anyone, and look forward to using them again when it comes to redoing our exterior doors!
