Michael Zegarra's inspection is the best I've seen. I had purchased houses before and used other inspectors but they do not compare to the detailed report and thorough explaination that I received. Definitely a 10 out of 10 score. He was prompt, very personable and best of all very professional. I will definitely refer all my friends to him. You've seen the rest now go with THE BEST!
