In the past 12 years Mike has inspected 3 houses for us with the houses ranging in age from 30 years old to 100 years old. Mike is professional, highly knowledgeable and meticulous in his inspections. That's why we keep going back to him! In our most recent inspection in February 2014, he found a problem with the furnace and we were able to go back to the sellers and get a price adjustment because of his findings.
