David conducted an inspection of the condo I am about to purchase. He was really thorough in the inspection of the suite itself but also the building, roof, parking. David provides a great service, is very thorough in the inspection (including testing every appliance) and does a great job at explaining things in a way someone who has no knowledge of the home inspection world would still understand. The inspection report contains a detailed summary of the inspection including pictures, and is provided on the very same day. Last but not least, David provides recommendations for the ongoing maintenance of the suite in future. I would definitely recommend David to anyone needing a home inspection.
