We hired this company to do major reno's. Although we had confidence because one of the workers we knew and thought would treat it like his own house, it turned out that was not how it happened. So many small things that they did not take the time nor care to fix or do a better job on...... In our main bathroom, we had them put a design tile above head height, instead of using a thicker trowl to make flush this design tile with the rest of the tile they inset the tile and now it just looks sunken and a completely different look than what was designed. 2. We had them create a space for the shampoo and soap within the wall. THey used pencil tile around this but instead of using a full piece they tried to cut corners and used three pieces. Well it looks horrible. 3. When they were wiping off the excessive grout the would leave large amounts of grout in the corners. 4. They did not line up the tub to the end of the tile so there was a point where the tub and tile meet that was unfinished. 5. All the pieces they cut for the metal end pieces that hide the ends of tile were cut to short. 6. They used broken pieces of tile, just glued them together and slapped them on. 7. Tiles did not line up correctly so that when you had to install toilets or the plates at the back of a handle for the shower, there are gaps. 8. Some of the sub trades they had brought in as well were as poor as the rest of them when it comes to the finished product. For eg..... 9. Our wood floors, we had wood floors installed throughout the top and main floors of the house. Do you think they would take off and then put back base boards...not in all cases. I just found problems 4 years after the job was done. 10. They left gaps between the nosing and the wood floor. 11. The wood was not even tight up against each other so dirt can easily accumulate between boards. The guys shot nails into the water pipes so there was water leaking through the ceiling onto our 3 year old kitchen cupboards. Do you think they came back to fix the damage done. NOPE....they decided it was too much trouble. The damage they had done and all the repairs that were left. They must have decided it was not worth it, so of course they just leave you high and dry for you to fix yourself or spend more money to get it fixed properly. Want picture, I'm sure I can find some.

I had bought patio furniture there at the Woodbridge store location and had a decent experience. Then came the need for Customer Service. I'm not an impatient person, when someone sets my expectations and tells me something will be ready on a certain date you can bet that two weeks after that date has come and gone with no actual delivery date in sight you bet I am mad. I've got a piece of furniture on my deck with a hole where my cushion is supposed to be. I talked with Chris (the manager) at the Woodbridge location and told him my frustration however all he gives me is a shrug of the shoulders and a what can I do about it attitude. I had intentions of buying an awning there that would've had me put down another $5,000 but I have lost my faith in that company. Sad when a company can't even get something so simple ....right!!

What could this company do to improve their services?
The Manager should have said that he would look into the issue and then voila the issue of me becoming even more irate would have been avoided. That simple.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Find another store brand that sells patio furniture.

We bought a house with an exsisting kitchen reno. They were painted kitchen cupboards and cabinets. All was great until the doors and columns (part of cabinets) started to peel. I asked the owner (Agostino)to come look at the problem, he attributed it to water damage. I couldn't argue because I didn't know what the previuos owner did. I brought all the parts to his location to repaint them. I brought them on March 29, 2014 and he said it would take 3 weeks. It has been 8 weeks now and I still haven't recieved any word on when they will be repainted. Even after repeated calls over the last 8 weeks. I would not reccommend these people to do any kind of renovation to your home. UPDATE (Aug. 25, 2014): I finally got my pieces back that were repainted and I can't believe how poor the pint job was, there were lines that could easily be seen and spots that hadn't been painted on the inside of the cupboard. Very poor job. I DO NOT recommend anyone going ahead with this company!!

If you are in a hurry don't use Frini Furniture. They took 6 months to get us the furniture because the owner decided to hold back the container, delaying the order from getting here with no regard for his customers. We did get the lamps and mirror around the 5 month mark. I had to exchange all three pieces because there were flaws in them all. I spoke with the owners wife Rita and she brushed it off saying that my issues were not even valid. We've been wating for 5 months for a buffet. The first one arrived on our driveway broken. Then I asked to look at the second one at their shop before it left the warehouse, got there and that one had problems too. Needless to say I will not be shopping/ buying furniture from them anymore. The worst part about it is that we such a great experience from them 6 years ago when we bought our table, only trouble is that now they have in my oppinion internally focused and the customer be dammed. UPDATE: Sept. 02, 2014 - I have been waiting for them to come in and fix the Buffet because the door hinges have split some of the wood in the inlay and their is a scratch on the top of the buffet that we had written in the delivery contract as an issue. It's been over 4 weeks since we finally took delivery and they continue to stale and delay. My guess is they are hoping that we will just go away. I can tell you that Richard (the owner) doesn't seem to have any interest in the store business anymore since he just leaves the store and it's issues. Customers then have to wait until he comes back before anyone (incl. store personnel) can talk with him and then he decides if he's going to do anything about it. It is ludicrous that someone runs a customer based business like that. If history repeats itself I'm guessing he will tell me he won't do anything about it. Update: Got the final word from Frini Furniture that they WILL NOT be fixing the buffet. My expectations were never unreasonable nor were they delivered in a unprofessional manner. You can see the pics for your self, I believe they deserve fixing or compensation, neither were given as an option from Frini Furniture. I intend to take this issue to the next level. Wish me luck.

What could this company do to improve their services?
When things go wrong and they are clearly in the wrong. No matter what the customer pays (Discount or not) they should give a percentage off the total purchase as a good will gesture. Good will not "Greed" is the operative word.

Find another store, although they say that they are unique they are not.
