Thick green deposits were power washed away from white stucco, and multiple layers of paint were scraped from the trim at the roof line. One coat of white paint was applied. This 55 year old home looks so much better. This work was easily worth the cost.

Dishwasher repair, extreme value
Separate from the initial service call, the actual repair was mostly parts cost. Very little labour charge for the half hour needed. Most companies I would expect to pay four times this amount for a service call. The water leak is fully repaired, I'm so relieved not to have to wash dishes by hand any more.
Rick did a fine finishing job with new moulding, re-hanging the blinds, and fitting the door snugly. The result looks very good and there's no cold spots even at -6C.
I emailed a photo of the pile of items to be taken away at 0730 Monday. The materials were picked up before 0900. That was fast! Ivan is a pleasure to deal with, and well worth the cost.
