They were great when we had them clean our home after we renovated. We hired them for regular cleaning once a month. In each instance it looks like the bathrooms were wiped but not cleaned. There was hard water spots on the downstairs bathroom faucet after both cleanings and the sinks looked as though they had been wiped but without cleaning products. The kitchen was similar both times as well. The stove was not cleaned well and countertops appeared to be just wiped, not cleaned. The truly upsetting issue was during the first cleaning when someone used an abrasive cleaner or something like steel wool to clean our brand new stainless steel kitchen sink and scratched it badly.. The house did not smell as though it was cleaned when we came home and ,as mentioned, appeared that it had received a quick surface cleaning. At $180 per cleaning this is not acceptable.

Alex just completed a renovation of our main floor, including the kitchen, and the basement of our home. He said it would take 8 weeks and he completed it in 7. He told us what the cost would be and that’s what we paid. He was there every single day working alongside the people he brought to help him. Both he and the tradesmen he had working with him were professional, respectful of our home and were always on time. The workmanship is extremely high quality. Alex and his team never cut corners and always went the extra mile to ensure all the small details were perfect! We had walls removed, water tank replaced with tankless, ducts rerouted, a new electrical panel and major electrical work, tiled and wood floors installed as well as staircases refinished with new spindles and railings. Both my wife and I were amazed at how fabulous our experience was with Alex and his team. I would 1000% advise anyone to hire Alex for home renovations big or small.

Great service. Got a quick response from my online request for a quote. They were in line with 2 other quotes but I liked the fact that I received a detailed quote of exactly what they were going to do - left no room for doubt or discrepancies. Employees were polite and respectful & they did a great job. Spotless cleanup too!
