I paid for a landscape plan that I did not use and have no use for. Parklane Landscape was the first company that I approached for our landscape project so I was not aware of the protocols. I paid $1,650 for drawings that we have no use for. The initial cost estimate I was provided turned out to be double the amount when the drawings were presented. I am not happy with how they managed the initial stage of the project as I paid out on something that I have no use for. The other companies I consulted with provided me with a clear estimate prior to drawing the landscape design so there is no cost incurred if no contract is entered to.
