Had a deck installed 2 yrs ago. Horrible job. Squeaks everywhere. They finally fixed the issue only because they found out it was covered by an insurance. So this time it was done right. (3rd time ripped up) We had the most ignorant installer to the point where he was telling me to get out of my own yard. Bottom line, unless you are dealing directly with the owner of this company, don't go near them. You will regret it! If this wasn't for it being an insurance job based on defective product, I would definitely still have the squeaky deck.
