One of my neighbours called to arrange to have her dryer vent cleaned, so I decided to have mine done as well. Since she spoke with Tyler and arranged the visit, I don't have anything to say about how he was over the phone. Except that she said that he was very pleasant and accommodating. However, when he arrived, he was pleasant, professional and very informative. I would recommend him to anyone and anytime. Super job, thanks, Tyler.
